Receive active alerts for falls, medical situations, and unusual activity
The pace and complexity of movement in your facility can be a challenge to the safety of your workers. Visibility of every worker along with two-way communication helps assist and protect your workforce.
Redpoint software helps you to set up alerts to keep workers out of unsafe zones. In the event of entry into a prohibited or restricted area, management is notified of the event. In addition, past activity is tracked so you can review how an incident – such as entry into a hazardous area, collision with a vehicle, asset theft or and environmental exposure – occurred. Several methods of setting up special access areas provide the flexibility for your unique facility.
Static zones (Geofencing): Geofences are used to alert personnel to keep them out of dangerous areas.
Dynamic zones: Safety managers designate and easily set up safety zones to handle temporary situations such as areas under construction, spills, or overhead cranes, so workers are alerted when they are too close to a temporary high-risk area.
Two-Way Emergency Call: Workers carry a Personnel Badge and simply press a button to call for help. The emergency call triggers an alarm on the user’s badge and SiteWise software dashboard notifying management via email or text message that the wearer needs immediate help.
For non-emergency communication, just send a quick text message directly to your worker’s personnel badge with instructions.
Expandable Emergency Alerts: With Redpoint’s open architecture, system integrators add sensors to the RTLS system so that alarms can be triggered when dangerous environmental conditions like high temperature or environmental contaminants are measured.
